how it works

  • Fill out our Project Inquiry Form and schedule a consultation call.

    During the call; We’ll review your request and discuss your goals, creative direction, and budget.

    We’ll determine the best approach for your project based on your vision and requirements.

    If you’re unsure about your creative direction, we offer mood board creation and concept development to refine your ideas.

    Once aligned, we outline the project timeline and estimated budget.

  • Mood Boards & Creative Direction: We develop a strong visual concept based on your brand, project goals, and inspirations.

    Styling & Wardrobe Planning: We curate outfit selections, accessories, and cohesive wardrobe elements.

    Sourcing Materials & Pieces: Acquiring fabrics, statement pieces, and unique styling elements to bring the vision to life.

  • What Happens on Set:

    On-Set Styling: we handle outfit changes, fittings, and aesthetic details to enhance the visuals.

    Pre-styled: we ship you fully curated outfits with a detailed styling guide, and we're available for remote support if any questions arise on set.

  • What Happens After the Shoot:

    Once the shoot is complete, we ask that clothing is shipped back to us and all styled looks are properly credited when shared on Instagram or other platforms.

    • If applicable, publishing the work through Material Magazine or other outlets.

    Included Services:

    • Styling of Brand’s Pieces – Thoughtfully curated outfits using the brand’s garments.

    • On-Set Adjustments – Hands-on styling to perfect the fit and visual appeal.

    • Accessory Coordination – Sourcing necessary accessories to enhance the look.

    • Creative Direction Input – Styling recommendations to align with the brand’s identity.

  • 1. On-Set Styling (Hands-on, Real-Time Styling Assistance)

    What’s Included:

    • Full on-set styling for your shoot.

    • Access to Kyrstin Inman’s personal wardrobe of shoes and accessories.
      Real-time on-set adjustments and 

    • hands-on touch-ups between shots to ensure styling perfection.

  • 2. Full Outfit Shipped to You (Pre-Styled & Ready to Wear)

    What’s Included:

    • A complete custom outfit shipped to you, styled for your specific project.

    • A detailed styling guide on how to put the look together.

    • Accessories and shoes purchased specifically for you (not from the personal wardrobe).

  • Option 1: Brand Collaboration Styling

    Starting at $100

    Includes:

    • 2 fully styled looks

    • Styling of Brand’s Pieces – Creative direction and styling using the brand’s garments.

    • ($50) On-Set Adjustments – Ensuring perfect fit and cohesive styling.

    • ($50) Accessory Coordination – Sourcing necessary accessories to complement the brand’s pieces.

    Additional Fees:

    • Travel Fees – Shoots outside of Houston will incur additional costs.

  • Option 2: On-Set Styling

    $200 Minimum per look

    Includes:

    • 1 fully styled look

    • ($50) Sourcing Time – Researching and selecting pieces tailored to the project.

    • ($75) Clothing Cost – Budget allocated for purchasing or renting garments.

    • ($50) On-Set Styling Fee – Hands-on adjustments, outfit assembly, and touch-ups throughout the shoot.

    • ($25) Accessories & Shoes – sourcing of specific accessories & shoes and access to Kyrstin’s personal collection

    Additional Fees:

    • Travel Fees – Shoots outside of Houston will incur additional costs. Pricing depends on distance.

    • Expedited Sourcing – Additional charges may apply for last-minute styling requests.

    • Custom-Made Pieces – If a garment needs to be designed and produced from scratch, pricing will vary based on materials, labor, and complexity.

  • Option 3: Pre-Styled (Full Outfit Shipped to Client)

    $300 Minimum per look + 100 deposit

    Includes:

    • 1 fully styled look

    • ($50) Sourcing Time – Researching and selecting pieces tailored to the project.

    • ($100) Clothing Purchase – Full outfit bought specifically for the client.

    • ($100) Accessories & Shoes Purchase – All accessories and shoes are newly sourced and purchased for the client (no free access to personal wardrobe).

    • ($50) Standard shipping to client

    • Detailed Styling Guide – Instructions on how to assemble and wear the outfit.

    • Photos for Reference – Styled outfit displayed on a mannequin before shipping.

    Additional Fees:

    • ($100) DEPOSIT INSURING PIECES ARE SHIPPED BACK AFTER PROJECT IS FINISHED

    • Expedited Sourcing & Shipping – Rush orders will incur additional costs.

    • International Shipping – If applicable, additional costs will apply.

    • Custom-Made Pieces – If a garment needs to be designed and produced from scratch, pricing will vary based on materials, labor, and complexity.
